Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ktox.dev ("KTOX", "we", "us") and any purchases made through our platform. By accessing ktox.dev or purchasing any products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. KTOX is operated from Germany. All purchases are processed through Tebex Limited ("Tebex"), our authorized payment processor.

KTOX sells digital products — specifically FiveM scripts and related software ("Products"). All Products are delivered digitally and instantly after successful payment through Tebex. Products are protected via Tebex escrow and cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared. By purchasing a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your own FiveM server(s). You do not receive ownership of the source code or intellectual property.

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are handled entirely by Tebex. KTOX does not store or process payment information directly. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's Terms of Service (https://www.tebex.io/legal/terms).

Due to the digital nature of our Products, refunds are not offered by default. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue with a Product that prevents it from functioning as described, contact us via Discord. We will work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests are handled through Tebex in accordance with their refund policies.

Each Product purchase grants you a license to use the Product on your own FiveM server(s). You may not: — Redistribute, resell, or share the Product with third parties — Remove or alter any escrow protection, licensing, or attribution — Use the Product for purposes other than its intended FiveM server use — Claim authorship of the Product or any part of it Violation of these terms may result in license revocation without refund.

KTOX offers optional authentication through FiveM (Cfx.re) and Discord. By signing in, you authorize us to access basic profile information (username, avatar, user ID) from the respective platform. We do not access or store passwords. Account data is used solely for purchase history, license management, and Discord role assignment.

All Products include lifetime updates at no additional cost. Support is provided through our Discord server on a best-effort basis. We aim to respond within 24 hours. "Lifetime updates" means updates will be provided for as long as the Product is actively maintained by KTOX. We reserve the right to discontinue a Product, in which case the last available version remains usable under your license.

We collect minimal data necessary to operate our services: — Account information (user ID, username, avatar) from FiveM/Discord authentication — Purchase history linked to your account — Cart data (stored locally or in our database if authenticated) We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary for payment processing (Tebex). Our database is hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL). We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via Discord.

KTOX provides Products "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or compatibility issues with third-party software. Our total liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the purchase price of that Product.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on ktox.dev. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will announce significant changes via our Discord server.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with German law.
